We Love Lagoon and Cousins!

We took the kids to Lagoon for the first time this season on June 24.  The Haws family had some bounce back passes to use, so we went with them and finally picked up our season passes for the year.  Brooke's first ride was Bulgy the Whale, and she seemed to enjoy it!  On some of the rides, she closed her eyes and hid her head, but at the end she'd say she liked it, and kept going on other rides, so I guess she enjoyed it!  It was fun to see the boys on rides with Brooke, and it's fun to see her on rides all by herself, as well.  She's getting so independent!  All the kids enjoyed the day, and even Maddie got to go, but she slept through most of it.  We've been back two or three times since then with some other cousins, so I'll include those photos as well.  Commence the Lagoon photo barrage!

Look at those long legs!  I think he's about outgrown this ride.

Brooke wasn't so thrilled about this one when she got wet, but said she liked it after she was done!

That's headless Dallas.  Sorry, I had to take that photo fast, but look at cute Gabe and Brooke in the teacup!

They were all together until Gabe and Soren fought over who would control it, so Soren got out!

Soren and I rode behind Brooke and Gabe.  So cute!

Boating by herself!
Happy, cute kids after a day at Lagoon!

This was her hairdo after taking out the ponytail.  It just made me laugh.

Abie and Kelby came up from St. George with Grandma and Grandpa Jensen for a family reunion this month, and went to Lagoon with the boys and Sean on the Fourth of July.  Sean took a couple photos at Lagoon, and then we all had fun playing here that evening.

Caitlin, Jack, and Ryan came up for the 24th of July, along with David and Karin, of course! So we enjoyed another trip to Lagoon.  This was Ryan's first Lagoon experience, and I think he liked it.  Sean took some cute photos of Gabe and Brooke with Ryan, while Soren, Caitlin, and Jack enjoyed some of the big kid rides.  I rode Colossus and Wicked with Soren.  He said he liked those rides, but he wasn't anxious to go on them again anytime soon!.  Good times with all these kids!

The three older kids on Bulgy. Soren will be too tall for that one next year!
I rode the Flying Aces with Gabe and Brooke. This is how Brooke rode most rides, with her head ducked down. But she said she liked it!

  1. So cute and funny! Wicked made my heart pound for 1/2 hour after. So did the new one where you fly upside down at times. By the Jet Star and Chinese Dragon.

What a fun summer with cousins!
