During the month of June, we had a visit from Kara Shropshire. She is my sister Jane's oldest child. The Shropshire family currently resides in South Carolina. Kara will be 17 on August first. Happy birthday, Kara! She came to Salt Lake for the month and attended a couple summer youth classes through the U of U, and then spent some time camping with Karin and the kids and some friends. It was good to see her. Hard to believe she's the little baby I used to take care of when I came home from my mission!

Kara's brother, Coleman, and their dad, Tres, came for a few days in July. Cole stayed here at Mom's house while Tres was at a conference in Provo. While Cole was here, we went to the zoo, and went swimming at the Peterson's. The kids had fun running around and playing with another cousin.
