Action Packed June

We had a lot going on in June: the boys' first haircuts at the barber, family pictures, trying to see as many friends as possible before moving, one last visit to the Bellagio to see the fountains, packing and cleaning the house, moving from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, and Brooke's first birthday.  What a month!  Lots of photos in this post.  In fact, I think I'll make a few posts out of the events in June.  But let's start with the haircuts and family photos.

Soren was nervous about going to the barber, so I walked Gabe over first (it was just at the shopping center by our house).  After Gabe came back alive and with a sucker, Soren was willing to go.  The family photos were taken that same day at a park in Vegas, and it was about 110 degrees outside.  Brooke was tired and not thrilled to be photographed, but we got a few smiles out of her.  We all wore superhero shirts, and after the family pics, the boys got to play in the splash pad, so that was a fun way to cool down.  We weren't really thrilled with the way the photos from the photographer turned out, so we were glad we had only traded for some bookshelves and not paid a fortune for them!

The boys love watching the fountains at Bellagio, and Sean and I like to go there too, since that is where our "official" engagement took place.  So we made sure to get there one more time before moving.  We enjoyed seeing the cool stuff in the atrium, as well as the fountains.

It's tough to say goodbye to good friends, but we were glad that some of our friends could drop by before we left.  There just wasn't enough time to see everyone, but thanks to those who did make it to say farewell.  We love and miss all of our Vegas friends!
