So we went to the doctor for Brooke's one month checkup today. She's actually 5 1/2 weeks old, so I don't know if these percentages are for babies at exactly one month old, or if they are compared to other 5 week olds. I didn't think to ask, but anyway, the numbers are in. She's topping the charts in weight and head circumference. She now weighs 10 lbs 14 oz, which puts her in the 90th percentile. Her length is 21 1/2 inches: 50th percentile, and her head measures 39 cm: 75th - 90th percentile. Poor kid! A short, thick body, just like mine. Well, she'll be tough and athletic... we hope. Short or tall, she's a cutie!
